Below are the 2024 Calendar Art prices for all orders entered into our website by the organiser. If orders are not entered directly into the website there are additional service charges.

Optional Extras – use these to reduce your admin
ePay: $1.00 extra per product: Reduce admin time by allowing families to pay for their orders directly over our website. You won’t need to handle payments, record the purchase information or tally your orders. All of this is handled over our website for you.
DIY Packing Kit $0.50 per student order: Includes biodegradable bags for each student, packing guidelines and new easy-to-follow sorting sheets.
Additional Service Charges – don’t worry this won’t apply to 99% of you
For orders that are not received correctly, we do need to apply service charges to ensure we can maintain our prices for the majority of our customers.
You can avoid these charges by following our order guidelines or give us a call when you are ready to place your order and our support team can talk you through the correct processes.
Manual order forms: $0.75 per product: If you use our manual order forms or submit your order in a spreadsheet. Eg. manual order forms with 50 products filled out would cost $37.50. (50 products @ 75cents each = $37.50). Avoid this fee by entering purchases into our website yourself.
Only sending us the parent order forms: $1.25 per product: If you send us just the completed parent order forms without entering them into the website.
Artwork not stickered or incorrect: $0.50 for each piece of art sent: If the artwork hasn’t been stickered or is incorrect, we will charge for all artwork to be checked and re-stickered. Eg. if you have 100 pieces of art, but only 10 need re-stickering, we still need to check and charge you for all 100.
Artwork not on our art paper: $1.00 for each piece of art that we need to scan (you can save this by scanning it yourself): If the artwork is not on our art paper (eg A4, A3 or digital art), you will need to scan and upload it to our website yourself. If you send it to us to scan, we will charge $1.00 for each piece of art.
